On Sassy Water Diet
so part of my new year’s resolution is to lose weight and since then, i have been steadily gaining weight. my excuse is that i’ve been busy with the review that i have a license to eat!
lately tho, i have been thinking of ways to lose weight that i’d start doing this november. i know what you’ll say. just stop eating, or cut back. boy, easier said than done could not be more true.
there’s a book about the flat belly diet but i just don’t have the time to hunt it down (especially with the state of bookstores here) let alone peruse it. i’ve read tho that the Sassy Water alone can help lose weight, so i checked it out and it seems easy enough to prepare. i will see if i will like the taste of this water, because if i don’t like it, then there’s really no point in even reading the diet plan.
based off of google, here’s how you do the Sassy Water
8. 5 CUPS or 2 LITERS WATER
1 TSP/ GRATED GINGER
1 MED. CUCUMBER, Thinly Sliced
1 MEDIUM LEMON, Thinly Sliced
10-12 SPEARMINT LEAVES
COMBINE EVERYTHING AND LET IT STAND IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT. STRAIN AND DRINK ALL WATER THROUGHOUT NEXT DAY
i like it because i don’t need to starve myself or deprive myself of food, and right now, starving myself or even depriving myself of food is not an option.
